Admission to The Soulsville Charter School is decided on an application-by-application basis. According to State law, students must meet one or more of the following criteria to apply:

1. previous attendance at a "high priority" school,
2. previous attendance at a charter school in the same district,
3. zoned to attend a "high priority" school, or
4. below proficient test scores on the Math and/or Language section of the past TCAP assessment.
5. free/reduced price lunch status.
